The Budokon red belt kata is a choreographed series of yogic transitions, mixed martial arts movements, and animal locomotive patterns. Kim and Ryan will take you through the kata at a digestible and accessible pace and demonstrate how it is used as a blueprint for progressing and improving your techniques - building transitional strength, flexibility, and grace.
